1. Arrival policy The room is available from 3:00 pm, except in the case of early check-in.2. Check-out policy Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.3. Rates and payment -3.1 Payment for the stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and any applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of reservation and rates selected.4. Standard rate All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival. - A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.- The balance, 50% of the total amount, will be taken 30 days before your arrival.- A deposit of €1000 will be held on your credit card on the day of arrival.- All bookings made 30 days before arrival are 100% payable. For any modification concerning the number of persons, or the dates of stay, please contact us directly, we will try to satisfy you according to our availabilities.No cancellation fees apply before 6pm (local time), up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.5. Non-cancellable rates All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival.100% of the amount will be debited at the time of bookingA deposit of 1000€ will be blocked on your credit card on the day of arrival.No modification is possible for this rateAny cancellation on your part will result in cancellation fees being charged in full to the traveler, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.6. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.7. Traveler responsibilities Travelers are required to respect the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. (NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES...)Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.
